By accessing or placing an order through the Vitae Yoghurt website (“Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before using the Site.

1. About Us

The Site is operated by The Vitae Plus, a food producer based in Teshie-Nungua, Accra, Ghana. We make and sell probiotic yoghurt products under the Vitae brand.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or place an order. By using the Site you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Orders and Payment

All prices are displayed in Ghana Cedis (GHS) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. An order is only confirmed once payment is successfully processed. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.

Delivery is arranged by the customer through a third-party courier of their choice. We are not party to any courier agreement and accept no liability for delays or losses in transit.

4. Product Information

We take care to display accurate product descriptions, ingredients, and allergen information. All our yoghurt products contain dairy. If you have a food allergy or intolerance, please contact us before ordering.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only; actual packaging may vary slightly.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account. We will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, and product names — is the property of The Vitae Plus and may not be reproduced without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Vitae Plus will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ghana.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
